Voyage of the 'Mystery'
How did a tiny boat make the epic voyage to Australia?
In 1854 the crew of a fishing boat 'Mystery' sailed all the way from Newlyn to Australia intending to make their fortune in the gold rush.
In this unit;

- express their ‘experiences’ of the journey through poetry
- carry out a dramatic retelling of the adventures of the 'Mystery and her crew using an aboriginal art-inspired map as a musical score
